As tradition has it, the Monte Vista Cross Country Invitational is held on the first Tuesday following the Labor Day holiday.  So for 2019, the MV Invite will be held on Tuesday, Sept 3rd

Time:  4pm

Where: Oak Hill Park, Danville, CA.  Adjacent to Monte Vista High School.

Course:  Challenging 2.0 mile course for all races.  Features a flat first mile, with the imfamous "Eliminator" hill in the second mile.

Structure:  Grade level races with the Frosh race run last. 

Concessions: There will be a snack bar with water and Gatorade, and assorted snacks

Awards: Generous medals - 15 deep per race!
