    • Both the Boys and Girls teams had fantastic results this past weekend winning the Tom Laythe Invitational in Folsom, CA at Willow Glen Park. The girls got the day started with the dominating performance. They put 4 runners in the top 10. Kinsey Pogue and Sally Binder finished 4th and 5th, while Abby Moran and Shelby Lew crossed the line 9th and 10th. The girls scored 50 points to best second place Ponderosa who had 86.

    • The Boys followed up the Girls' victory with a surprise victory over perennial cross country powers Davis, Jesuit, and Vacaville. The boys were led by Jack Loughery's 7th place performance. They got strong races from Tyler Eakin, Ethan Miller, Jake Pederson and a great varsity debut from Ty Inocencio. The boys scored 112 points ahead of Reno, Whitney, Vacaville, Davis and Jesuit.

    • In the Frosh/Soph competitions Mia Rueb and Matthew Law led the way with strong races and Sorella Barnett made her cross country debut with a fine performance. Nolan Wolf led the boys JV squad with a nice performance on the 2.11mi course.

  • WOODBRIDGE INVITATIONAL - RESULTS

    • Girls team has breakout performance!! 18th in Sweepstakes race, 3 under 18 minutes! - Race Video Here

      • The girls varsity team of Kinsey Pogue, Sally Binder, Peyton Dolan, Abby Moran, Shelby Lew, Jules Kiepen, and Alexa Leahey had a breakout performance in the Bob Day Sweepstakes race. Competing in perhaps the most competitive regular season meet in the country the girls put three runners under 18 minutes and 4 under 18:15 on the 3.0 mi course. Kinsey Pogue led the way running 17:36, Sally Binder was right behind in 17:43 and Peyton Dolan dipped under 18 minutes running 17:54. Abby Moran had the best cross country race of her career running 18:13 and Shelby Lew rounded out the scoring with a time of 19:17. The team beat many of the top teams throughout the country and are poised for races to come.

    • The Boys put together an exceptional team effort in the Varsity Blue race taking the team victory with a 68-84 result over Crescenta Valley. Jack Loughery led the way running 1535 and finishing 4th. Draven Grondona finished 10th in 15:46, Ethan Miller was 15th in 15:53, Ben Inocencio was 18th in 15:59, Jake Pederson was 21st in 16:02, Tyler Eakin was 23rd in 16:06 and Jack Frederiksen was 31st in 16:11. This was the second victory for the Boys in the Varsity Blue race which brought back memories to 2019 when they also claimed the team title.

  • ED SIAS INVITATIONAL - RESULTS

    •  The Boys Varsity group showed out this weekend at the Ed Sias Invite! Jack Loughery led boys to a second place finish in the Boys Large School race behind powerhouse Clovis West. Jack ran 10:35 to post one of the best time by an MV boy in recent memory. The boys also finished 2nd overall in the all races merge. The entire boys top 5 ran exceptionally well with Tyler Eakin & Ethan Miller finishing 12th and 13th and dipping under the 11 minute barrier and Jake Pederson and Draven Grondona rounding out the top 5.

    • The Girls Varsity group got really strong performances from Kinsey Pogue, Sally Binder and first time XC racer (in real XC 😉) Abby Moran. The girls finished 4th overall in the all-teams merge despite missing one of their top 3 runners!

    • In the Boys JV race Ben Inocencio and Ty Inocencio ran to fantastic finishes with Ben taking the overall victory in a time of 11:19.

    • Jules Kiepen ran a really aggressive race in a similar fashion to Ben in the Girls JV race. Jules finished 2nd overall and showed that she is not afraid to mix it up and go after it!

    • Finally first-years Owen Brandeis and Alexa Leahey got after it in the Frosh/Soph competitions. Owen was poised and aggressive from the start and challenged all the way to the finish for a second place showing in a phenomenal first-year time. Alexa ran a brave race that featured many varsity level runners. She ran our fastest first year time since 2016 and was incredible in her first ever race.
